The Goal

I am close to 60, so I will use that as my base year.  These are the things I want financially:

1. Paid off home in one year ($130,000)
2. No debt ($10,000)
3. $100,000 net annual income starting at age 61
4. At least $50,000 to each child at my departure ($100,000)
5. Lots of free time

There, that seems fairly straightforward.
